Mai Tai
The essential Tiki drink, aided by the tropical citrus flavour of Leroux® Orange Curaçao.
½ oz Leroux® Orange Curaçao
1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s® Silver Rum
¾ oz Trader Vic’s® Dark Rum
½ oz lime juice
½ oz orgeat syrup
Pineapple wedge & cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients except dark rum to shaker with ice. Shake lightly and pour into a double rocks glass. Float dark rum on top. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
