Sidecar

A classic brandy cocktail, perfectly balancing warm spirit-forward flavour with sour-sweet citrus taste.

1 oz Leroux^® Triple Sec
2 oz Phillips^® Brandy
1 oz lemon juice
Lemon twist & sugar for garnish, optional

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist and sugared rim.
