Dry Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
Lemon twist for garnish, optional
Pour Leroux® Crème de Cassis into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

½ oz Leroux® Crème de Cassis
1 oz Prairie Organic® Vodka
¾ oz lemon juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Champagne
Lemon slice for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients (except champagne) to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with champagne. Garnish with lemon slice.

½ oz Leroux® Peach Schnapps
½ oz Leroux® Crème de Cassis
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic® Vodka
1 ½ oz orange juice
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
Orange and lime wedges & a maraschino cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange and lime wedges & a maraschino cherry.
