Godfather
An after-dinner drink fit for a Don, made with just two simple ingredients—Scotch and Leroux® Amaretto di Estasi.
¼ oz Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi
2 oz Tomatin Dualchas® Scotch
Lemon peel for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish with lemon peel.

Blackberry Slammer
Despite the name, this sweet, complex, fruit-filled and strong cocktail is best sipped, not slammed.
1 oz Leroux® Rock and Rye
1 oz Leroux® Blackberry Flavored Brandy
1 oz Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi
2 oz orange juice
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.

Italian Margarita
Add rich, complex layers to a classic Latin cocktail with the addition of Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi liqueur.
¾ oz Leroux® Amaretto Liqueur
½ oz Leroux® Triple Sec
1 ½ oz reposado tequila
1 oz lime juice
Lime twist, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lime twist.
