½ oz Leroux® Amaretto Liqueur
¼ oz Leroux® Ginger Flavored Brandy
1 oz Tomatin® Single Malt Scotch
¾ oz Amaro di Angostura
2 dashes of lemon juice
Lemon twist for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

An after-dinner drink fit for a Don, made with just two simple ingredients—Scotch and Leroux® Amaretto di Estasi.
¼ oz Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi
2 oz Tomatin Dualchas® Scotch
Lemon peel for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish with lemon peel.

Blackberry Slammer
Despite the name, this sweet, complex, fruit-filled and strong cocktail is best sipped, not slammed.
1 oz Leroux® Rock and Rye
1 oz Leroux® Blackberry Flavored Brandy
1 oz Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi
2 oz orange juice
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
