1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s® Dark Rum
½ oz Leroux® Apricot Flavored Brandy
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange rind for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds and double strain into a coupe over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange rind.

Peach Habanero Margarita
Habanero spices things up while still maintaining the sweet & sour flavours of this classic, crowd-pleasing cocktail.
½ oz Leroux® Triple Sec
½ oz Leroux® Apricot Flavored Brandy
2 oz reposado tequila
¼ cup peach habanero puree
1 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake to chill, strain over ice and serve.

1 oz Leroux® Apricot Flavored Brandy
1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s® Light Rum
½ oz sweet vermouth
⅓ oz lemon juice
1 dash grenadine
Lemon twist for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
