Smoke & Berries
The addition of smoky, earthy mezcal elevates the tropical flavours of Leroux® Triple Sec in this exciting, fruity cocktail.
½ oz Leroux® Triple Sec
¾ oz mezcal
¾ oz tequila
2 large strawberries
10 blueberries
1 ½ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz jalapeño syrup
Strawberry and mint sprig for garnish, optional
Muddle berries with lime juice, then pour into a shaker with the rest of the ingredients. Add ice, shake and strain over ice into cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberry and mint sprig.
Mezcal Margarita
Mezcal adds a complex hint of smoke to the standard sweet & sour flavours of this cocktail for a simple, but intriguing twist.
½ Leroux® Triple Sec
½ Leroux® Melon Liqueur
2 oz mezcal
4 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz limoncello
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice to serve.

2 oz Prairie Organic® Vodka
¾ oz cranberry juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and serve.
