Negroni Sbagliato
This happy accident keeps the bitter, herbal bite of Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif, but swaps in bubbles instead of gin, creating a lighter, brighter cocktail.
1 ½ oz Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif
1 ½ oz sweet vermouth
1 ½ oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
Orange twist for garnish, optional
Add Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif and vermouth into mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into flute. Top with Prosecco and stir. Garnish with orange twist.
Jez sez:
“The first time someone ordered this from me I thought they had sneezed. So, I gave them a regular Negroni and a box of tissues. It’s like I always say: Oops!”

Negroni
The unique flavor of Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif is the key to unlocking this bitter, sweet, refined cocktail.
1 oz Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif
1 oz Prairie Organic® Gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
Orange peel, optional
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange peel and serve.
Jez sez:
“Someday I will have to share with you the non-alcoholic version my ex-wife insisted I create. I call it the Phony Baloney Alimony Negroni.”

Naked & Famous
A riff (like the Paper Plane) on a Last Word (itself a riff on a Corpse Reviver), the Naked & Famous blends smoky, funky mezcal with bittersweet, herbal Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif.
1 oz Leroux® Bitter Orange Apéritif
1 oz mezcal
1 oz green or yellow Chartreuse
1 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into chilled coupe.
Jez sez:
“Strangely, I only became famous once I heeded Baba’s advice and put more clothes on. Nobody was more surprised than me!”
