½ oz Leroux® Blackberry Flavored Brandy
½ oz Leroux® Anisette
½ oz Leroux® Rock & Rye
Pour Leroux® Blackberry Flavored Brandy into a shot glass. Float Leroux® Anisette on top of Blackberry Brandy to layer the shot. Float Leroux® Rock & Rye on top of second layer.
Black Rose
Create a surprisingly complex drink that blends licorice, fruit and the spice from Leroux® Rock & Rye together.
1 oz Leroux® Rock & Rye
1 oz Cognac
Barspoon of grenadine
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Cocktail cherries or orange slices to garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with cocktail cherries or orange slices to serve.
Blackberry Slammer
Despite the name, this sweet, complex, fruit-filled and strong cocktail is best sipped, not slammed.
1 oz Leroux® Rock and Rye
1 oz Leroux® Blackberry Flavored Brandy
1 oz Leroux® Amaretto Di Estasi
2 oz orange juice
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
