This colorful, fruity, tropical classic is as good as the real thing. Or so we hear.
½ oz Leroux® Peach Schnapps
½ oz Leroux® Crème de Cassis
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic® Vodka
1 ½ oz orange juice
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
Orange and lime wedges & a maraschino cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange and lime wedges & a maraschino cherry.

Say ‘mimosa’ no more. This bubbly, fruity breakfast cocktail is a step up in every way, and you can prepare it by the batch.
1/3 cup Leroux® Peach Schnapps
3 cups Prosecco
1 lb frozen peaches
Peach slices and a raspberry for garnish, optional
Place all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish as desired. Great for batching.

Indebted to British mythology, if not the British palate, this drink is delightfully sweet and vibrant. (Please don’t sue us, Walt.)
2 oz Leroux® Peach Schnapps
2 oz Leroux® Melon Liqueur
1 oz Leroux® Crème de Menthe
3 oz orange juice
3 oz pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain over ice and serve.
