½ oz Leroux® Blue Curaçao
1 barspoon of Leroux® White Crème de Cacao
2 oz Trader Vic’s® Spiced Rum
⅓ oz coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Orange wedge and pineapple leaf for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wedge and pineapple leaf.

Blue Hawaiian
A blend of tropical flavours gets an eye-catching, Pacific-blue presentation with the addition of blue curaçao liqueur.
¾ oz Leroux® Blue Curaçao
1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s® Silver Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz cream of coconut
½ oz lemon juice
Pineapple wedge, cherry and paper umbrella for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass over pebble ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry & cocktail umbrella.

Blue Cosmo
Give this nightlife classic a facelift with the unignorable color of blue curaçao.
1 oz Leroux® Blue Curaçao
2 oz Prairie Organic® Gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
⅓ oz cranberry syrup
Pour all ingredients (except syrup) into a mixing glass and stir for 30-40 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and pour the syrup in.
