Polish Vodka Soda
A splash of Polish blackberry brandy gives your basic vodka soda an unexpected twist.
Splash Leroux® Jeżynówka Blackberry Flavored Brandy
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic® Vodka
4-6 oz soda water
Fill highball glass with ice cubes, then add vodka and Leroux® Jeżynówka. Stir before topping with soda water.

Blackberry Blood and Sand
Smoky, sweet and sour all at the same time—and uniquely colored by Polish blackberry brandy in this variation.
¾ oz Leroux® Jeżynówka Blackberry Flavored Brandy
¾ oz Tomatin Dualchas® Scotch
¾ oz sweet vermouth
¾ oz orange juice
Fresh blackberries for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail/coupe glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries.

Jeżynówka Old Fashioned
Replace the simple syrup in the classic recipe with spiced blackberry brandy for a simply delicious variation.
1 ½ oz Leroux® Rock & Rye
Splash Leroux® Jeżynówka Blackberry Flavored Brandy
Orange peel for garnish, optional
Fill old fashioned glass with ice cubes and add Leroux® Rock & Rye and Leroux® Jeżynówka. Garnish with an orange peel.
