1 oz Tomatin® Single Malt Scotch
½ oz Leroux® Amaretto Liqueur
¼ oz Leroux® Ginger Flavored Brandy
¾ oz Amaro di Angostura
2 dashes of lemon juice
Lemon twist for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

2 oz Prairie Organic® Gin
½ oz Leroux® Ginger Flavored Brandy
½ oz lemon juice
Lemon peel for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
