½ oz Leroux® Peppermint Schnapps
½ oz Leroux® Dark Crème de Cacao
1 oz Irish cream liqueur
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into shot glass.

¾ oz Leroux® Peppermint Schnapps
1 ½ oz Douglas & Todd® Bourbon
¾ oz sweet vermouth
Maraschino cherry for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
