This take on the Blue Hawaiian adds spiced rum and subtle, smooth chocolate flavor, making it perfect for holidays at the beach or at home dreaming of the beach.
½ oz Leroux® Blue Curaçao
1 barspoon of Leroux® White Crème de Cacao
2 oz Trader Vic’s® Spiced Rum
⅓ oz coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Orange wedge and pineapple leaf for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wedge and pineapple leaf.

Grasshopper
Retro done right, this classic after-dinner drink delivers all the flavour of a silky, mint-chocolate dessert.
1 oz Leroux® Crème de Cacao (white)
1 oz Leroux® Crème de Menthe (green)
1 oz fresh cream
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A down-South staple gets the after-dinner treatment thanks to Leroux® chocolate and peppermint cordials.
¾ oz Leroux® Peppermint Schnapps
¾ oz Leroux® Dark Crème de Cacao
2 oz Douglas & Todd® Bourbon
Mint sprigs for garnish, optional
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and pour over ice in glass. Garnish with mint.
